With the rain washing out the match against Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Dare-Devils and Mumbai Indians are in "catch 22 " situation, needing to mandatorily win their league encounter later today.
With 13 points from 13 matches, a loss here would mean Delhi DareDevils league matches will finish with 13 points and Mumbai will end up with 14 points from 12 matches and will qualify as the fourth team into the semi finals.
On the Other Hand, a loss here for Mumbai, will make Delhi get 15 points from the leage chapter. with 12 points from 11 matches, a loss here for Mumbai, would mean that they need to must win the remaining two matches to reach semis,( and one of which is with in-form Rajasthan Royals) , which is not very realsitic , although not impossible.
